Our commitment

JSS Dream Real Estate Brokerage is committed to making this website accessible to as wide an audience as possible. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Current status

This website is newly built and has been designed with accessibility in mind from the start. Specific measures taken include:

  • Semantic HTML and landmark regions throughout every page.
  • All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible.
  • Colour contrast meets or targets WCAG 2.2 AA ratios (4.5:1 for text).
  • Images include descriptive alt text where meaningful, or empty alt attributes for decorative images.
  • Forms include visible labels associated with their controls.
  • A skip-to-content link is available at the top of every page.
  • Font sizes use relative units and scale with browser zoom.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet our target standard:

  • Third-party content (developer-supplied PDF brochures and external portal embeds) may not be fully accessible.
  • Some interactive JavaScript features (calculators, shortlist, compare) are undergoing additional accessibility testing.
  • Interactive map links open external services — we include a static address and directions link as an alternative.

We are actively working to address these limitations.
