Why JSS
Three reasons clients choose JSS over the alternatives
Generic property portals serve listings. JSS serves investors. The difference shows in how we prepare, how we present, and how long we stay engaged after you sign.
Pillar 1
Named advisers with RERA BRNs
At JSS, every client has a named adviser. That adviser's full name and RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN) are published — on their profile, on correspondence, and on any paperwork they produce. You can verify that registration directly with RERA. No anonymous agents, no rotating call-centre contacts.
This matters because accountability is inseparable from quality advice. When an adviser puts their name and licence on a recommendation, they have skin in the outcome.
Pillar 2
Verified, brochure-backed intelligence
Everything we tell you about a project — prices, payment plans, unit types, handover timelines, amenities — is sourced from developer-issued brochures or official DLD records. We date-stamp our information and we say clearly when something is indicative.
We do not publish unverified claims, inflated return projections, or generic market statistics without a source. If we cannot back it up, we say so — and we direct you to the authority that can confirm it.

India–UAE end-to-end execution
JSS was built, in part, to bridge the India–UAE property gap. We understand the practical realities: remote viewings, Power of Attorney requirements, how AED pricing translates into INR context (indicative only), remittance process orientation, and NRI documentation sequences.
We serve buyers of all nationalities with the same care. But our Indian-market depth means we can answer questions other brokerages cannot — or will not — take the time to address.

JSS vs. generic portals
| What matters to you | Generic portal | JSS Dream Real Estate |
|---|---|---|
| Who advises you? | Unidentified agent from a rotating pool | Named adviser with a verified RERA BRN |
| How current is the information? | Aggregated listings, often out of date | Developer brochures, date-stamped at verification |
| Return projections | Often headline figures without source | We do not publish projections without verified basis |
| Post-purchase support | Transaction ends at commission | Snagging guidance, aftercare, resale support |
| India–UAE expertise | Generic international FAQs | Dedicated NRI process knowledge, Hindi/Punjabi support |
| Honest bad news | Rarely volunteered | We tell you if a project does not fit your brief |
This comparison describes our approach in principle. Individual experiences vary. We encourage you to verify our credentials independently.

Standard Dubai practice is that the developer or seller pays the brokerage fee. However, fee arrangements vary by transaction type — we will confirm this clearly before you engage, in writing.
Yes. We regularly support remote buyers through video calls, digital document signing, and Power of Attorney guidance. We will be clear about which steps require your physical presence and help you plan accordingly.
JSS advises on both. Our catalogue has a strong off-plan focus because that is where many investors start conversations. We support ready property purchases too — contact us to discuss your requirements.
